The Xtreme Fitness Center, located in the basement of the U-SU, is furnished with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and offers cutting-edge health and fitness programs, including personal training and a wide array of group exercise classes. The Center is free of charge to currently enrolled Cal State LA students.

The Cal State LA Swimming Pool is open to current Cal State LA students, faculty, and staff for recreational lap swimming and other activities during hours specified on selected days of the week. Valid Cal State LA ID is required for entry.

The Cal State LA Student Health Center provides high-quality, affordable health care and health education for the students of Cal State LA to preserve and enhance their potential for academic success and personal development.
