a. Executive Director Work Plan and Project List - The committee will review the Executive Director Annual Work Plan.
b. Staff Project Lists - The committee will review the monthly project lists submitted by staff members and discuss the expectations and responsibilities of the A.S.I. Staff.

About Committee
The Personnel Committee shall act on behalf of the BOD in all matters concerning employees of the corporation. Such actions shall be in accordance with Title V of the Administrative Code of the State of California, Policies and Directives of the Board of Trustees of the California State University and Colleges, Policies of the University, the Articles of Incorporation, and the ASI Bylaws.
The Personnel Committee makes recommendations to the BOD regarding employee policies, compensation, benefits, and staffing structure. The committee shall be composed of the following:
- ASI Chief of Staff (Chair)
- ASI President
- ASI Vice President for Community Engagement
- ASI Vice President for University Affairs
- ASI Vice President for Finance
- ASI Vice President for External Affairs
- Two (2) members of the BOD
- ASI Executive Director (non-voting)
- A representative from the University's Office of Human Resources Management (non-voting)
- University President or designee (non-voting)
