a. Vice-Chair: The Chair will appoint a Vice-Chair.
IV. Discussion Items
a. Spring Semester Plans: The committee will discuss and outline goals set out for the Spring 2020 semester.
b. Tabling Efforts: The committee will discuss tabling efforts to reach advocacy goals and increase committee membership.
c. Earth Week Celebrations: The committee will continue discussions regarding planning the Earth Week celebrations April 20th - April 24th .
d. Group Discussion: The Committee will address any items put forth by the members.

About Committee
The Environmental Policy Committee formulates and encourages the adoption of policies that will make ASI's internal practices more environmentally sustainable. In addition, the committee also seeks to:
- Collaborate with Cal State LA administrators to encourage the adoption of policies that will make Cal State LA a more environmentally sustainable campus.
- Educate the on-campus community on the topic of environmental sustainability and environmental justice.
- Formulate and encourage the adoption of policies that will make the California State University system more environmentally sustainable, working primarily through the California State Student Association (CSSA).
The Environmental Policy Committee is composed of:
- Civic Engagement Officer (Chair)
- Two members of the ASI Board of Directors
- Two members at-large from the student body
- ASI Executive Director or designee (non-voting)
