II.   Public Forum: This time is allotted for the public to address the council regarding items not included on the meeting agenda. Speaker cards are available for those wanting to speak on agenda items as listed below. Those comments will be heard as the item is introduced.

III.   Discussion Items

A.  Strategic Plan: The committee will discuss the history and making of the 2018-2023 Strategic Plan. Measures of progress over the course of the last few years will be analyzed and any necessary revisions to be made will be considered in preparation for the next Strategic Plan.
