III. Discussion Items
A. Campus Sustainability Manager – The committee will meet with Brad Haydel to discuss Earth Week and the logistics of some of the ideas we have in mind.
B. Introductions – The committee will meet the new members and will introduce ourselves.
C. Civic Engagement Officer – The committee will meet with the Deepanker Seth to discuss Earth Week and how they can support us.
D. Earth Week Strategic Plan – The chair will bring the plan for Earth Week before the committee.
E. Assignments – The committee will either self-assign or be assigned roles to complete to work towards Earth Week.
IV. Action Items
A. Approval of the Earth Week Strategic Plan – The committee will take action on approving the plan for Earth Week.
