a. Graduation Initiative 2025 Consultative Group- The Cabinet will be informed of a vacancy in the GI committee.
b. Student Fee Advisory Committee- The Cabinet will be informed of a crucial vacancy in the advisory committee.
V. TIME CERTAIN (11:00 A.M - 11:30 am)
a. Mobile Food Pantry - Sesley Lewis, Coordinator of Food and Housing Security will collaborate and guide the Cabinet with appropriate steps to create a mobile food pantry.
VI. Discussion Items
a. Cabinet of Academic Senators Code of Procedure 015- The Cabinet will review and discuss potential edits to the code of procedure.
b. Senator Roundtable- Senators Taing and Chou will lead a discussion about the upcoming program to bridge communication between students and Senators.
c. VPAG Committee Report- The Cabinet will be presented the VPAG committee report and have discussion on any recent updates.
d. Sophomore Experience - Senator Chavez will lead the discussion on evolving the college experience for sophomores.
e. Ice and Border Patrol on Campus - The Cabinet will discuss a foundational stance to bring fourth to the Academic Senate in regard to Ice and Border Patrol on campus during job fairs.
f. Cabinet Focus and Projects Spring 2020- The Cabinet will talk about priorities for next semester.

About Committee
The Cabinet of Senators (CAS) coordinates, plans, and is responsible for the actions of the academic governance unit of ASI. The CAS meets with the Academic Senate (governed by faculty) to actively engage in the process of shared governance of the university.
