b. Classrooms Presentations: The committee will discuss about conducting classrooms presentations in order to promote events and ASI
c. CSSA: The committee will talk about upcoming CSSA's and create a survey to write down students concerns

a. Civic Engagement Committee Update: The committee will talk about the roles the civic engagement committee will take for Spring Semester 2020
b. Voters Registration Center Opening: The committee will talk about the voting center and how we can advertise it to the community
c. CHESS 2020: The committee will talk about CHESS 2020
d. Spring 2020 Events: The committee will talk about planned events for Spring 2020 and discuss about doing outreach
