ASI Event Evaluation Form
This form is for ASI student representatives to evaluate their events, activities, and programs to report financial impact, assess successes/challenges, and make recommendations for future improvement.
If you have any event pictures, sign-up forms, surveys, please submit them as pdfs. After you submit the evaluation form, you will receive a confirmation email along with the ASI Secretary/treasurer.
Before submitting your evaluation make sure you have the following:
- Your Event is over.
- You have all event surveys and evals.
- You have all documents in PDF format
- Photos are under 1mb
- Any questions, contact the ASI Secretary/Treasurer.
