ASI Resolution: On Transparency & Reforming University Police Department at Cal State LA
On March 11th, 2021, the ASI Board of Directors unanimously approved the Resolution on Transparency and Reforming University Police Department at California State University, Los Angeles. This resolution is an effort to address systemic racism embedded in its policing and establish a culture of well-being and harm-reduction at Cal State LA.
ASI will continue its commitment to the student body to advocate and fight against injustices, inequalities, and challenges that oppress the campus community. ASI will further continue its commitment in standing solidarity with the Pan African Studies Department, BSU, and the Black Lives Matter movement.
