- E. A.S.I. IRS Form 990 Annual Tax Return - The Committee will review the annual tax return forms that will be filed on behalf of A.S.I.

F. MGO Auditor Fee Proposal for 2017 and 2018 - the Finance Committee will review and take action on the fee proposal provided by MGO.
- G. Policy 204 Funding Guideline Recommendations - The committee will discuss and take action to increase the funding level for clubs and to determine specific allocations for banquets, fundraising, etc.

A. Budget Review Timeline 2017-18 - The Finance Committee will review the timeline to approve the 2017-18 fiscal budget by May 1, 2017 deadline. (I. Weser)

About Committee
The Finance Committees acts on behalf of the BOD in all matters pertaining to income appropriation, and the safeguarding of Associated Students, Inc. funds. The Finance Committee makes recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding allocation of funds for the corporation and the programs and services for the student body. The committee also assists in the preparation of ASI’s annual budget. The Finance Committee also has the responsibility for recommending funding allocations to the Registered Student Organizations (RSO’s).
The Finance Committee is composed of the following members:
- ASI Vice President for Finance (Chair)
- ASI President
- ASI Vice President for Community Engagement
- ASI Vice President for University Affairs
- ASI Vice President for External Affairs
- ASI Chief of Staff
- Two (2) members of the Board of Directors
- Two students at-large from the student body
- ASI Executive Director (non-voting)
- ASI Associate Executive Director (non-voting)
- University President or designee (non-voting)
- University Vice President for Administration and CFO or designee (non-voting)
