Flora Diaz
Flora Diaz is a Senior Project Engineer at Parsons with over eleven years of experience in transportation engineering, specializing in the design and delivery of infrastructure projects for municipalities and public agencies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Flora has grown her career through both technical and leadership roles on major infrastructure projects and is passionate about mentorship, professional development, and creating inclusive workplaces. She actively mentors staff and is committed to helping others define and pursue meaningful career paths in the industry.

Ivy Kwok
Ivy Kwok is a Lecturer at UCLA within the Undergraduate Education Initiatives department. With a background in Environmental Engineering, she is dedicated to supporting student success and expanding access to STEM education.
Through her work in undergraduate education, Ivy focuses on empowering students academically and professionally while encouraging diverse representation within engineering and environmental fields.
Dr. Kimberly Kisler Pisca (Dr. KP)
Dr. Kimberly Kisler Pisca, also known as Dr. KP, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Health at Cal State LA. She teaches courses introducing students to community and public health and coordinates the required internship experience for both undergraduate and Master of Public Health students.
Dr. KP’s research has centered on HIV prevention and treatment interventions, specifically among sexual and gender minority populations, as well as the training and practice of health education.
Dr. KP is the founder and director of Student Leaders in Sex Education (SLISE), a year-long service-learning opportunity whereby seniors in Public Health design a comprehensive and inclusive multi-session curriculum on sexual and reproductive health and deliver it to ninth grade students on partnering high school campuses.
