Executive Secretary: Pending
a. Evaluate and recommend policies regarding advisement of all students.
b. Evaluate and recommend policies regarding placement of all students.
c. Encourage programs and develop sources of financial aid and scholarship funds.
d. Select recipients for College-wide Undergraduate and Graduate student awards, grants, or scholarships
e. Provide for the coordination of effort with regard to student organizations and student convocations.
f. Make recommendations with regard to other undergraduate student affairs, including but not limited to admission, probation, and disqualification.
g. Review and recommend to the dean regarding structure and procedure for student grievances.
Membership: (7 voting; 1 non-voting)
This committee shall consist of six faculty members, one elected by each department; plus one ex officio non-voting member appointed by the dean who shall serve as executive secretary; plus one full-time student in good standing and with voting rights, named by the ASI.
