Operating Agreement Between CSU Trustees and Cal State LA ASI
This agreement is made and entered into by and between the State of California through its Trustees of the California State University by their duly qualified and acting Chancellor (hereinafter called State) Cal State L.A. University Auxiliary Services Inc. (hereinafter called Auxiliary). The term of this agreement shall be July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2033 unless sooner terminated as herein provided.
