i. The committee will take action on recommended changes.
- c. Referendum Fee analysis: The committee will review the referendum fee numbers presented from a recommendation from the Alternative Funding and Referendum Ad Hoc Committee.
- d. 6&6 Budget Review: The committee will take action on recommended changes from the ASI Vice President for Finance budgetary review.
IV. Discussion Items
- a. Committee and Administrative Area Input: Respective areas will present initial thoughts and initial input on their budgets for 2018-19 after the first meeting with the Vice President for Finance.

b. Strategic Planning Initiatives: The committee will review a draft of the strategic initiatives and look for ways the possibly be implemented in the Finance Committee.

About Committee
The Finance Committees acts on behalf of the BOD in all matters pertaining to income appropriation, and the safeguarding of Associated Students, Inc. funds. The Finance Committee makes recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding allocation of funds for the corporation and the programs and services for the student body. The committee also assists in the preparation of ASI’s annual budget. The Finance Committee also has the responsibility for recommending funding allocations to the Registered Student Organizations (RSO’s).
The Finance Committee is composed of the following members:
- ASI Vice President for Finance (Chair)
- ASI President
- ASI Vice President for Community Engagement
- ASI Vice President for University Affairs
- ASI Vice President for External Affairs
- ASI Chief of Staff
- Two (2) members of the Board of Directors
- Two students at-large from the student body
- ASI Executive Director (non-voting)
- ASI Associate Executive Director (non-voting)
- University President or designee (non-voting)
- University Vice President for Administration and CFO or designee (non-voting)
